встал на пункте

/modules/gspca и там выполняем команду:

make

мне выдает
makemake: *** /lib/modules/2.6.32-5-686/build: Нет такого файла или каталога. Останов.

sudo m-a prepare

может лучше им собрать?

Попробуй удалить все лишнии ядра и заголовочники от них. Оставь какое нить одно ядро и заголовочники от него Было что-то подобное, при сборке часть данных бралась с одних заголовочников а часть с других, оставил одно ядро и заголовочные файлы от него и ура, все заработало )

ядро 2.6.32 говорит, что тс ставит это дело под squeeze, а gspca-source в squeeze уже нету, есть только в lenny, который уже не поддерживается, можно предположить, что данная вебкамера должна работать из коробки:
